Bug Reporting Guidelines

In order to efficiently process FlexMarket Bugs, we require that you follow these simple rules when posting:

  • Post your FlexMarket name and active alt
  • Post which grid you were shopping on
  • Note what you did that caused an unexpected result or error
  • If an error was displayed, paste its contents.
  • Post your system statistics, including operating system (Linux, Windows, Mac, etc) and browser (IE is not supported).


WE DO NOT ACCEPT FEATURE REQUESTS YET, SINCE WE ARE STILL IMPLEMENTING BASE FUNCTIONALITY.
